ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of the functional dressing of Polygonum capitatum nanofibers （P-PVP-PCL）. METHODS P-PVP-PCL were prepared by electrospinning technology， and the microstructure of P-PVP-PCL was observed. The antibacterial activity and antioxidant activity of P-PVP-PCL and its effects on the survival rate， adhesion and migration rate of mouse fibroblast L929 cells were investigated. The effects of medical gauze dressing， blank nanofiber dressing （PVP-PCL） and P- PVP-PCL on the healing rate of the wound were investigated by establishing the back skin wound model of rats. The pathological changes of the wound tissue and collagen fiber deposition were observed， as well as the number of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 （CD31） positive blood vessels and the expression of transforming growth factor-β （TGF-β） protein in wound tissue. RESULTS P-PVP-PCL had a smooth surface and a double-layer structure at the cross-section. The inhibition rates of P-PVP-PCL against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were （98.88±0.66）% and （94.75±1.41）% ， respectively. The antioxidant activity of P-PVP-PCL was （83.69±1.56）%， and the cell activity of the P-PVP-PCL group was significantly higher than those of the control group and PVP-PCL group （P＜0.05）. Compared with medical gauze dressings， P-PVP-PCL was more conducive to L929 cell adhesion； at 48 hours， the cell scratches in this group had basically healed. Compared with the medical gauze dressing group， the wound healing rates of the PVP-PCL group and the P-PVP-PCL group were significantly increased （P＜0.05）. On the 14th day of intervention， the wounds in the P-PVP-PCL group had basically healed， there was no dermal necrosis in the wound tissue， and the collagen fibers were arranged relatively neatly and the density was relatively uniform. The number of CD31 positive blood vessels and the expression of TGF-β protein showed a downward trend compared with the 7th day of intervention， and the number of CD31 positive blood vessels was significantly lower than those of the medical gauze dressing group and PVP-PCL group （P＜0.05）， but the protein expression of TGF- β was significantly higher than those of the medical gauze dressing group and the PVP-PCL group （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS P-PVP-PCL has good antibacterial and antioxidant activity in E-mail：444096585@qq.com vitro， and can promote the proliferation， adhesion and migration of L929 cells. It can promote wound healing of rats in vivo.

Objective@#To explore how to select osteotomy line and its significance in mandibular distraction osteogenesis in infants and young children.@*Methods@#From May 2013 to July 2018, 208 infants and young children with mandibular deformity were admitted to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center, including 131 males and 77 females, with the age range of 8 days to 4 years, mean age of 6 months. Their clinical records were retrospectively analyzed. There were 162 cases of Robin sequence, 37 cases of the first and branchial arch anomalies, 2 cases of Treacher-Collins syndrome, and 7 cases of other congenital malformations. During the distraction osteogenesis, different osteotomy lines were selected according to the characteristics of the mandibular deformity: (1) For short mandibular body, the straight osteotomy line was used to extend the mandibular body. (2) For short mandibular ramus, a polygonal osteotomy line was used to extend the ramus. (3) For the increased mandibular angle, a curved osteotomy line was used to change the angulation.@*Results@#Linear osteotomy was used in 38 patients, polygonal line osteotomy were used in 129 patients, and curved osteotomy was performed in 41 patients. Among them, 4 patients with linear osteotomy had deciduous embryo injury, 6 patients with linear osteotomy and 2 patients with polygonal osteotomy had open occlusion, and patients with curved osteotomy did not have tooth and mandible damage, or malocclusion. All patients were followed up for 3 months to 5 years. The average follow-up time was 6.2 months. All osteotomy healed well, without osteonecrosis or nonunion.@*Conclusions@#For the mandibular distraction osteogenesis, osteotomy line could be individualized, according to the characteristics of mandibular deformity of infants and young children, which can reduce complications such as dental damage and open occlusion.

Objective To understand the comparability of the detection results of four items (ALT ,AST , GGT ,ALP) of liver enzymology in 11 clinical laboratories in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) and offer reference for improving mutual recognition of the results .Methods Eleven clinical labora-tories of XPCC organized the result comparability tests of 4 items of liver enzymology twice in 2017 ,and the samples with 5 batches were completed in each comparability test .One set of detection system in each labora-tory was used as comparability system according to comparability scheme .The detection results were analyzed through Robust Z Score and the evaluation criterion was :|Z|≤2 "satisfied";2< |Z|<3"warning";|Z|≥3 "not satisfied".Results The detection results of all 10 batch samples in 4 clinical laboratories showed |Z|≤2 in 2 comparability tests .In the first comparability test ,the detection results of 5 batch samples for 4 items were |Z|≤2 in 5 laboratories .In the second comparability test ,the detection results of 5 batch samples for 4 i-tems were |Z|≤2 in 8 laboratories ,but the ALT results of 5 batch samples in 1 laboratory showed positive deviation(Z≥3)and the GGT results of 5 batch samples in the other laboratory showed negative deviation (Z≤ -3) .Conclusion The 11 clinical laboratories in XPCC should continuously improve quality management system and make sure that the mutual recognition of the detection results of 4 items of liver enzymology is effective .

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 1 case of very low birth weight infant decannulation difficult in PICC. Methods The nursing key points included: full assessment analysis decannulation difficult reason, consult the PICC catheter outpatient health nurses, give magnesium sulfate hydropathic compress, mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream local besmear outside, sanyrene outside, at the same time give low-molecular-weight heparin calcium injection subcutaneous injection such as anticoagulant active treatment and nursing. Results After 7 days ,the infant left axillary mass dispel, PICC pull out smoothly. Conclusions Decannulation difficult of very low birth weight infant requires full evaluation, multidisciplinary cooperation and specialist consultation, can give targeted personalized nursing safety smooth tube drawing, is worthy of reference for clinic.

Objective To understand the prevalence rate and related factors of chronic kidney disease (CKD) among elderly people aged more than 65 years old in the 66th regiment of the fourth division of A Crops in Xinjiang .Methods A total of 2 030 elderly people aged more than 65 years old in the 66th regiment of the fourth division of XPCC were distributed in 6 communities . Totally 334 permanent residents aged more than 65 years old were chosen from 2 communities by the stratified random sampling method .The renal injury indicators and related factors were detected .Results Among 329 residents with intact data ,after the age correction ,the prevalence rate of albuminuria ,hematuria and renal function decrease were 22 .2% ,14 .2% ,4 .9% ,respectively .The prevalence rate of CKD in this group was 32 .8% ,CKD stage 1―3 were dominated .The awareness rate was 15 .1% .The multiva‐riate Logistic regression analysis showed that gender and hypertension were independently associated with CKD .Conclusion The prevalence rate of CKD among elderly people aged over 65 years old in the 66th regiment of the fourth division of this Crops is high‐er .The related factors are gender and hypertension .

Objective To investigate the characteristics of patients with non-syndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate (NSCL/P),and to provide the basis for the treatment.Methods 1435 cases of NSCL/P were collected from January 2012 to December 2014.Characteristics of the gender,type and side,blood type,associated malformation,genetic history of the patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results In the 1435 cases,397 cases (27.67％) presented with cleft lip,655 cases (45.64％) with cleft palate,and 383 cases (26.68％) with cleft lip and palate.801 (55.82％) were male,and 634 (44.18％) were female.In cleft lip,male 60.20％ (n=239) were more than female 39.80％ (n=158);left side was 57.43％ (n=228) more than right 27.96％ (n=111) and the right were more than bilateral 14.61％ (n=58).In cleft lip and palate,male 78.33％ (n=300) were more than female 21.67％ (n=83),left 41.51％ (n=159) were more than right 28.20％ (n=108) and bilateral 30.29％ (n=116).In cleft palate,female 60.00％ (n=393) were more than male 40.00％ (n=262).Blood type AB with cleft lip (28/369) were higher than ones with cleft palate (28/627).All of the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).5.09 ％ (n =73) patients with malformation were found out of 1435 cases.The patients with congenital heart disease (n=36,2.51％) was the largest number of total deformity.Conclusions In patients with cleft lip,male is more than female;left side is more than right;unilateral clefts are higher that bilateral ones.In cleft lipand palate,male were more than female,left side were higher.In cleft palate,female were more than male.Blood type AB with cleft lip is higher than that of cleft palate.

Objective To explore the relationship of suicide ideation, depression and meaning in life as well as the effect of meaning in life between depression and suicide ideation.Methods Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation(BSI-CV) , Purpose in Life test (PIL) and Self-Rating Depression scale (DSD) were employed to investigate 1 688 freshmen.Results Suicide ideation had significant positive correlation with depression(r=0.326, P＜0.01;r=0.3, P＜0.01) ,while it had significant negative correlation with meaning in life(r=-0.34, P＜0.01;r=-0.37, P＜0.01).Depression of freshmen with suicide ideation was higher than ones without((48.04±8.13) vs (44.56±7.12), P＜0.01), and meaning in life of freshmen with suicide ideation was lower than ones without ((98.39±12.68) vs (105.78± 11.76), P＜0.01).Meaning in life partially mediated the relationship between depression and suicide ideation.Conclusion Suicide ideation of college freshmen are related to depression and meaning in life, and meaning in life can partially mediated the relationship between depression and suicide ideation.

Objective To analyse the effect of octreotide combined with compound coenzyme on Th17/CD4 +CD25 +Foxp3 + regulatory T cells imbalance in patients with purulent appendicitis.Methods 150 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 75 cases in each group.Patients of two groups underwent appendicitis laparoscopic resection, then the control group were given conventional treatment and experimental group were given subcutaneous injection of octreotide on the basis of conventional treatment.Th17, CD4 +CD25 +Foxp3 +regulation T cells ( Treg) , and Th17 /Treg balance were analyzed.ResuIts Compared with control group, Th17/Treg imbalance of experimental group recovered better: the proportion of Th17, Treg, and Th17/Treg ratio decreased (P<0.05); the expression levels of related transcription factor, RORγt and Foxp3 mRNA decreased (P<0.05); serum cytokine (IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17, IL-23 and TGF beta) and C-reactive protein (CRP) content decreased (P<0.05);serum interferon gamma (IFN-gamma) content increased (P<0.05).ConcIusion Octreotide combined with compound coenzyme could correct Th17/Treg imbalance in suppurative appendicitis patients, improve the immune function of patients and affect the prognosis of patients.

Objective To explore the Influence of different health education approaches to standard anticoagulation of non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Methods 400 patients with NVAF were randomly divided into the research group (n=200) and the control group (n=200). Baseline clinical information was recorded. Both groups were given regular education and treatment. The control group was randomly divided into two subgroups. One subgroup (patients or/and family members) was given knowledge lectures of atrial fibrillation, atrial fibrillation anticoagulant, and application of warfarin. The other was given the knowledge through booklets. Standard anticoagulation fulfillment rate, ischemic stroke, other events of artery embolism, major bleeding, minor bleeding and death in the two groups were observed after 1 year. The cost for different education approaches was also compared between the 2 subgroups. Results (1)In the research group, standard anticoagulation fullfillment rate (40.53%) was higher than that of the control group(15.96%) (P0.05).Other artery embolism rate , major bleeding, minor bleeding, death rate had no statistical difference. (2)Knowledge lecture group (10.8±1.0 min) spend more time than the booklet group (1.0±0.5 min) (P<0.01). The booklet group (5.1±1.1 yuan) costed more in terms of money than the knowledge lecture group (1.8±0.5 yuan) (P<0.01). (3)The knowledge lecture group showed higher standard anticoagulation fulfillment rate (47.96%) than that of booklet group (32.60%) (χ2=7.33, P<0.01). There was no statistical difference in ischemic stroke rate, other artery embolism rate, major bleeding rate, minor bleeding rate and the death rate. Conclusions Detailed, correct anticoagulant education and guidance can improve NVAF patients with standard anticoagulation, and reduce the risk of ischemic stroke. Knowledge lecture consumes more time but can improve the standard anticoagulation fulfillment rate.

OBJECTIVE@#To explore the clinical effectiveness of endoscopic myringoplasty with homoplastic amniotic membrane.@*METHOD@#A retrospective study in 43 patients underwent endoscopic myringoplasty with homoplastic amniotic membrane was observed at the wound healing of tympanic membrane perforation and the hearing improve-threshold audiometry in 43 patients after surgery.@*RESULT@#The tympanic membrane's perforation healing rate was 95.3% (41/43), and air conduction threshold audiometry in language frequency improved average 10 dB. The follow up was 1--4 years, and no recurrence or complications had occurred.@*CONCLUSION@#The endoscopic myringoplasty could be able to simple myringoplasty whose air conduction threshold audiometry in language frequency was less than 40 dB. It could be used to repair not only the central perforation in tympanic membrane, but also the marginal perforation which has residual tympanic membrane in most of the regional. Human amniotic membrane is an ideal materials for repair of tympanic membrane.

OBJECTIVE@#To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment on osteoma in the external auditory canal.@*METHOD@#Retrospective study were undertaken in 26 patients with osteoma in the external auditory canal operated in author's unit.@*RESULT@#Osteomas were removed through interauricular approach in all patients and confirmed by histopathological examination. The hearing of 22 patients with conductive hearing loss became normal after operation. The air conduction hearing threshold in 2 patients with mixed hearing loss improved average 15 dB and 20 dB respectively after operation. The follow up was more than 1 year, and no recurrence or complications had occurred.@*CONCLUSION@#Osteoma in the external auditory canal is an uncommon benign lesion. The method of choice in diagnosis is temporal bone CT scan. Osteoma must be distinguished from exostosis in the external auditory canal. Osteoma is confirmed by pathological diagnosis and surgery is the only method for treatment.

OBJECTIVE@#To evaluate the role of human calcium-activated chloride channel 1 (hCLCA1) and mucin MUC5AC in allergic rhinitis.@*METHOD@#The expression of hCLCA1 and MUC5AC were determined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical assay in nasal mucosa on 20 patients with allergic rhinitis and 7 normal persons.@*RESULT@#The expression of hCLCA1mRNA in allergic rhinitis group was positive, whereas in normal control group was absent (P<0.01). The expression of MUC5AC mRNA and MUC5AC protein in the allergic rhinitis group were higher than that in the control, respectively (both P<0.01). The increased expression of hCLCA1mRNA in allergic rhinitis group were well correlated with the expression of MUC5ACmRNA and MUC5AC protein and the correlation coefficients were 0.752 and 0.694(both P<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Upregulation of hCLCA1 mRNA expression may play a pivotal role in mucus overproduction in allergic rhinitis group. The inhibition of HCLCA1 expression may provide a new strategy for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.

This study was aimed to compare the effect of insulin plus rosiglitazone with that of insulin plus metformin on the level of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-BNP) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to find out whether serum NT-BNP can be used as an index for predicting heart failure induced by rosiglitazone in the cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Sixty type 2 diabetic patients were recruited and were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 30) received insulin plus rosiglitazone (4 mg/d) and group B (n = 30) received insulin plus metformin. The observations covered an 8-weeks' course of treatment. Serum NT-BNP was measured at the beginning and at the end of 8 weeks. The Before-After study revealed that the level of serum NT-BNP did not change apparently in the two groups (P >0.05). There was no remarkable difference in the level of serum NT-BNP between the two groups (P>0.05). There were 3 cases with edema in the group of insulin plus rosiglitazone, but none with heart failure; in these three cases, the mean serum NT-BNP level at the end of the treatment exhibited an increase of 108.99 fmol/ml when compared with that at the beginning. Neither insulin plus rosiglitazone nor insulin plus metformin had apparent effect on the level of serum NT-BNP in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The question of whether serum NT-BNP is a predictive index of heart failure awaits answers given by more observation on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients using rosiglitazone.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of scalp-acupuncture on intelligence in patients with vascular dementia (VaD). METHODS: A total of 108 VaD patients were randomly divided into two groups: scalp-acupuncture group and Western medicine group. The scores of Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Blesse Dementia Scale (BDS), Hasegawa Dementia Scale (HDS), Abilities of Daily Life (ADL) before and after treatment in the two groups were detected. RESULTS: A total of 92 patients completed the treatment. The scores of MMSE, BDS and HDS in the two groups were significantly increased, and the ADL scores significantly declined (P0.05). CONCLUSION: Scalp-acupuncture therapy could improve the clinical intelligence level of VaD patients.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of intravenous administration of amiodarone on postoperative heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia.METHODS:A total of 42 postoperative heart failure patients with ventricular tachycardia and multi-source ventricular premature beat were treated with lidocaine,but clinical efficacy was not obtained.Those patients received intravenous administration of diluted amiodarome 150 mg.After 30 minutes the dose of amiodarone was kept at 0.5～1.0 mg?min-1,and the total dosage ranged from 1 000 mg to 1 200 mg within 24 h.Clinical symptoms were recorded in every hour,such as cardiac rhythm,heart rate,blood pressure,heart failure.RESULTS:After 24 h of treatment,17 cases of ventricular arrhythmia had apparent effect(40%),20 cases of partial effect(47%),5 cases of no effect(12%),there were statistical significance in difference before and after treatment(P
